Bachcare Host is great for those who want to be a bit more hands-on with the management of their holiday rental. It’s suitable for owners who live nearby or have a lockbox onsite and would rather hire someone local to do their cleaning and linen.

Nope – we take care of that. We offer two main options: either guests hire and pay at the time of booking (and we source from our local commercial supplier), or they bring their own. Alternatively, we can include commercial linen in your listing as part of the nightly rate which will then be deducted from your earnings.
Most check-ins are contactless which is why we recommend having a lockbox for your house key. In some cases we may request your Managed Service Provider meet your guests to hand over the keys and welcome them to your holiday home. This is something we manage from our centralised support office.
The cleaning fee is covered by the guest when they book and is carried out by your local Managed Service Provider.
Not a problem. We can ensure we block those dates so you don’t end up with double bookings if you have some when you sign up!
The Bachcare Owner Portal is your own personal dashboard that allows you to track bookings and payments. You have the ability to monitor your holiday home's performance, right at your fingertips.
From classic Kiwi baches and ski chalets, to luxurious lodges and villas - we welcome them all. Our guests range from large families to couples so we like having a range of properties to suit their needs.
When guests make a booking, they receive a confirmation email containing details of their stay and contact information for our support centre. When they arrive, a house pack made up of FAQs, property information, local tips, and the guest support line is available - you don't have to lift a finger!
Absolutely! Our dedicated team take into account market demand, supply, and other comparable holiday homes in the area before they set a base rate. Industry-leading software is then used to adapt your price based on seasonality and occupancy in the area to get you the most bookings possible.
While we cannot offer insurance advice, you will certainly need it for your holiday home. Our team of New Owner Advisors is able to point you in the right direction!

Using your Bachcare Owner Portal, you will be able to block dates in advance so that you can go an enjoy your piece of paradise whenever you want. You can also book on the ground services using your portal, and block out any days required for that work to be completed.
