Bachcare - Bachcare works for you in four key areas

Our Bachcare team is available to guests around the clock to deal with all enquiries, after-hours calls or weekend emergencies.

Our local Managed Service Providers ensure your property is clean and organised before and after your guests. They keep an eye on your place and can organise maintenance and gardening if required.

Our Auckland-based support centre is on-hand 365 days a year for enquiries from you or your guests. You can pick up the phone and give them a call, or contact them online via your Bachcare Owner portal. This also allows you to track bookings, finances, and request services.

Matthew Clews

GENERAL MANAGER

Matthew has been in the Bachcare driver’s seat since March 2021. An accomplished senior executive with 10 years’ experience working in finance positions for global brands such as Red Bull and PepsiCo, Matthew excels at developing strategies that deliver long term growth for business. He puts people at the forefront of business, and is committed to ensuring staff, guests, and owners’ needs are taken care of.

Matthew loves the snow so when he’s not hitting the ground running at work, he’s down south hitting the slopes!

Rochelle King

Head of Sales & Operations

Rochelle heads up our sales and operations teams which means she oversees both owner and guest sides of the business. On the owner side, this covers everything from guiding owners through sign up, to onboarding, to ongoing relationship management. For guests, this includes handling guest enquiries and providing support. Rochelle has extensive sales and account management experience, including time at Air NZ before moving to Bachcare.

Rochelle loves to travel which is part of the reason why Bachcare made sense for her! In the summertime you won’t find her far away from a beach or a BBQ.

Nick Pierce

Head of Revenue

Nick heads up the revenue team at Bachcare and has the fundamentally crucial role of making us (and our owners) money! Nick is incredibly skilled in his field, bringing with him over 20 years commercial experience in the airline industry and has a strong background in customer-focused organisations in the UK and New Zealand, including Air NZ.

When he’s not maximising income for the Bachcare portfolio, you’ll find him jamming on his keyboard or learning about the world’s next major celestial event!

Fleur Douglas

Head of Managed Services

Fleur’s role is an extremely important one: to put the “care” in Bachcare. She heads up our team of 100+ Managed Service Providers (MSPs) based throughout New Zealand. It’s Fleur’s job to work with our MSPs to make our guests’ (and therefore owners’) experiences the best they can be. She has an impressively varied work history including 8 years at Universal Pictures.

In her spare time, you’ll find her tackling ultra-marathon races or traversing the Eyre mountains just for fun with her sidekick Spaniel, Loki.

Zaina Razzaq

Head of Marketing

Zaina is the talented creative brain behind the Bachcare brand. She has over 10 years of experience in building brands, developing revenue-driving strategies, and driving marketing innovation. Her background includes time at Online Republic, Tourism New Zealand, and award-winning marketing agencies. Zaina and her team, work across both owner and guest sides of the business, ensuring Bachcare is top of mind when booking a holiday, or listing a holiday home!

When she’s not dreaming up the next big campaign idea, she’s using her artistic eye to coordinate photoshoots, or spoil her adorable Cavachon, Odie.
